Today, I contacted Luxury Escapes and was told I was No. 17 in the queue and could either hold on or opt for call back without losing my place in the queue. I chose the latter and received a call from Luke M. I needed to change the room type in a booking I had made a few days previously. Luke dealt with my request in a friendly and polite manner, speaking very clearly. He changed my booking as requested very quickly and efficiently, while I was still on the phone to him. He then confirmed that he had achieved my request and told me I would be receiving a confirmation email very soon. This actually arrived in my inbox while we were still talking on the phone.
