I purchased a Scoopon spa voucher and was having trouble using it. After calling to speak to the call centre I spoke with Luke M who went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. He was very polite and continued to update me through the process so I knew what was happening. I was very stressed about the situation but he was such a big help.
