I made a reservation trying to use a gift voucher that wasn’t working online.
I made the assumption that it was going to be incredibly difficult to have the situation addressed but to my absolute pleasure Tammie R promptly had voucher working and took the time make sure it was applied to my booking. I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience.
