Brooke was extremely helpful with a booking concern we had.
She promised to look into it and get back to us with 24-48 hours, but to our surprise she got back to us within a couple of hours advising the issue had been resolved and confirmed it by email. This really put our minds at ease. That's what customer service is all about. Thank you.
