Jessica M from the customer service team made everything so easy. Its great to have this level of concierge service when you deal with a travel company. I had an issue processing an online booking and within a few minutes my issue was resolved. I have booked a few holidays now with Luxury escapes and they have never diasppointed . I believe its the level of cusotmer service like Jessica M that makes them stand out from the crowd.
