Luxury Escapes is awesome to deal with, especially Vynka. I wasn't receiving emails and Vynka made sure that the hotel was notified that my email was not attached to the booking and called me multiple times to ensure I was at ease. It's my second time booking with Luxury Escapes, and this is exactly why! 5-star service.
