We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Vynka @ Luxury Escapes. I had been struggling to get confirmation from our Resort about some helicopter transfers. Then, luckily, I spoke with Vynka and she was AMAZING. Vykna assured me she would handle this matter personally and she kept following this up for us, and kept me updated, until the matter was resolved. Her service was outstanding.
