I booked a restaurant through luxury escape but realised I’d booked the wrong date so canceled it requesting a refund and rebooked it the next day. After waiting 5 days I rang and was helped out by a lovely girl called Lisa B she sorted my problem and put me at my ease. I am very happy with the service from luxury escape.
