Awful customer service, you have to call them every single day for a response, they never follow up, and they use many layers of third parties to book their reservations so they actually don’t have control over anything. I’ve never felt so much regret in my life for choosing this company. I’m out a great deal of money because of a family
Emergency and all they’ve done is bring more stress to the situation. Avoid at all costs.
