Josephine S in customer service has been amazing. So professional. I needed a date change for our accommodation and it was done so efficiently. After speaking with her this morning she then sent me a copy of the email she had sent to the hotel with change of date. Later that day she called to say it had been completed and then emailed me the revised booking confirmation. I was so impressed. Thank you again.
