Lisa B went above and beyond. We spoke earlier in the afternoon and she was more than happy to follow up with the hotel to establish shuttle bus details from the airport. At 6:10pm ****after she had finished**** she rang me with detailed information about the shuttle and then forwarded the email with all the details after the phone conversation. She achieved in a short space of time what I had requested by email 3 days ago! Lisa B restored my faith in Luxury Escapes with this wonderful, nothing is a trouble service.
