I received an early morning email advising that my transfer in Singapore had been cancelled because a payment had not been made and that the agency (Luxury Escapes) had cancelled the transfer. Of course this was not the case! I had pre-booked and paid for transfer earlier in the year so came as a shock. We were leaving in less than 10 hours and needed this issue resolved asap. I immediately emailed customer service. Vynka was the person who liaised with me and the transfer company. After many emails to and fro the issue was resolved. Vynka went above and beyond in trying to resolve my issue. She located all previous communication and forwarded to transfer company and kept communicating with both transfer company and myself. The transfer company would tell her one thing and then me another. If Vynka had not kept on top of it the entire time we would have had to catch a taxi and then worry about receiving a refund. Instead because of Vynka's outstanding customer service all was finally resolved well before we boarded our plane for Singapore. So thank you Vynka! This was the last leg of our 6 week journey and was happy that it ended on a good note. Congratulations Luxury Escapes for employing a staff member with fantastic work ethics. It makes a huge difference to travellers when faced with a problem.
