Contacted Mitch R from Luxury Escapes Re: Experiences offered following our booking at The Langham Hotel Gold Coast. After viewing the experiences it was not clear how to book a specific date. On calling Mitch, I explained this he reviewed my booking & gave the appropriate advice to pay for the experience we were interested in & then I would be emailed vouchers to contact the merchant to arrange our preferred date. Excellent service & answered my question succinctly & professionally, so thank you!!!
