I had to cancel a booking due to being unable to travel as my mother was very ill. While LS did not have to give a credit as I was outside their refund policy, they were extremely understanding, I provided proof of my mothers ill health and they were happy to cancel the booking and provide me with a credit to use at later date. Will the LE consultant was prompt with his replies and I was extremely happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend LE.
