I phoned Luxury Escapes to find out what I needed to do, and what the consequences would be, if I had to cancel because of illness. I had seen my doctor on September 7th and was given a script for antibiotics. Mitch was professional, courteous and very reassuring in dealing with all my queries. He also took the trouble to put me in touch with your flights support team member who was most helpful too, in much the same way as Mitch was. Kind regards.
