I was very impressed by Ecclesia K’s support and customer service today. I had been waiting for someone to reply to my mail/ call since yesterday and started to feel annoyed! Ecclesia came on the line and was very empathetic and efficient and made me feel pleased that here was someone to help me ! We sorted out my credit card issue and he was very obliging to help me by showing me how to organise my transfers - and helped me to consider options using My Experiences. He also sent me a copy of an invoice with payment details that has been most helpful. Pleased to have such a pleasant assistant who was prompt and courteous.
