Its no wonder we use Luxury Escapes so much. Whilst they are excellent packages, its the staff that are truly amazing when you need help. Yesterday Brooke L was brilliant cancelling one package and booking a new date with an extension. Unfortunately, I had the number Brooke was using blocked in my phone by accident so today Katja H had to take over and she experienced the same issue with the blocked number, however, she persisted with emails and finally resorted to telephoning me on another number. Couldn't be more please with both ladies and they were both truly 5 Star consultants. (oh and yes with the help of Google the number is now unblocked).
