I had booked a package for my son last Christmas he had till 30 September to book and travel by end of December 2023 , when he went on to book a few weeks ago the rest of the year at the hotel was booked out ! I contacted one agent who sent me a link to other hotels in the area but the link didn’t allow us to book anything ! I had to ring back once again but thank goodness I did I sound with agent Ecclesia K'. he went above and beyond called his reservations team and within 24 hours my son was booked at our hotel of choice and the dates he wanted !
