I had booked a Luxury Escapes villa in Bali online and then friends decided to join us. I rang wishing to upgrade to a 3 bedroom villa and was lucky to speak to an amazing guy called Ecclesia K. who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and he even advised me of certain dates that carried a surcharge. I actually asked for his name so I could give him a great review! I have his email should I have any further questions and I would not hesitate to use Luxury Escapes again after this amazing first experience!
