We booked a Sri Lanka and Maldives package and our original consultant had advised she would look into and advise a transfer from our hotel to the start of the tour as we had added an additional night in Colombo. I contacted this consultant a week prior to departure and received no reply and so rang on the day of departure and spoke to a couple of people, one even hung up on me and then finally spoke with Tammie R who went above and beyond to help us. We were sitting at the airport about to take off on our flight and she ran upstairs to the tours department to talk with them and rang us back with a solution to our problem. We were very grateful for her assistance as we were very disgruntled with the after booking service we had received up to then. Thanks Tammie R we got on the plane feeling very relieved.
