Natasha k, was very helpful and professional, not only did she make a follow up call to see if I was still considering canceling my package due to a family member close to passing but she also called immediately the following day after receiving my email to cancel my booking just to clarify as it was a group booking but only my husband & I cancelled.
It’s wonderful to see that some people still care about customer service
