I was getting nowhere with other people in your company & had decided that your company wouldn't be a consideration for us in the future but i was just lucky enough on one of my phone calls to get Natasha on the other end. We will definitely be happy to use your company for future travels. Natasha was in contact constantly with updates on our issues. We had to cancel due to a very serious health issues with my daughter in-law & Natasha just made this process that much easier for me to deal with under the pressure i was already feeling.
