I was thrilled with the package that was offered as it represented great value. We chose a luxury three day escape staying at the Star on the Gold Coast. It was a fantastic venue and the extras included in the package made it an outstanding stay.
I discovered when I arrived that I had made a mistake with our booking and had arrived on the wrong day. I rang customer support and spoke with Jake L. and was thrilled to find myself talking to a polite, courteous young man who listened to my story. He promptly outlined a solution and promised me he would action things promptly and ring me back shortly. I hung up and really had no real exceptions that this would happen based on the usual lip service you get from any customer service. To my surprise Jake phone me within fifteen minutes to advise that everything had been rectified and there were no further costs or delays and we could begin our anticipated break. Thank you Luxury Escapes for a great package and thank you Jake for restoring my belief that customer service really does provide customer service. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to look for calue for money. great service and outstanding packages.
