Booked an accommodation for Hoxton in DTLA, when we went to check in they told us they didn't receive any payments from Luxury Escapes so we had to make the payment again.
On the listings, it also said breakfast bag was included but it wasn't communicated with the hotel so we ended up missing out.
Tried contacting the support chat to resolve the issue but even though they said it was "escalated" I haven't heard anything back for 2 weeks.
