Wasn’t a Luxury Tour, stayed at better hostels than the hotels we were staying at. Tour very outdated and not current. Felt like I was on a year 6 school excursion again! No free time just stuck on a bus from 8am to 8pm, lunch and dinner was mostly at the Road side service stations.
Customer service is even worse when trying to speak to a team member they say they are available to speak 24/7 but don’t respond back and if they do respond they advise they will be in contact shortly.
