I would bot recommend this company. They will do anything not to provide refunds for services not provided, even though they are required to by law.
We had a booking to Bali , and all flights were cancelled and accomodation was not accepting tourists.
Australians not allowed out of country, yet LE not refunding anything, even when they promised they will refund in an email.
They are are doing everything at all costs not to release funds back, or are outright lying in emails.
