From the outset of ordering free samples in the post - which arrived extremely quickly - through initial contact with Josh the salesman and working out how much LG luxury Vinyl tile we needed through the expertly packaged pallet arriving - with zero damage, and a lot of care and attention to the corners of the flooring boxes plus extra tape on the adhesive lid, was completely flawless throughout. 30m2 took me 2 days to fit, as a gifted amateur and I would highly recommend them. All of this was over the difficult COVID period, with no delays at all.
