I ordered 21 packs of Cavalio Loc (4.5mm Limed Oak Grey) plus underlay. I received the order as agreed, which arrived on time, however 2 packs were damaged in transit. The company replaced the 2 packs immediately they received my email and photo’s of the damage and this did not delay the installation.
The Cavalio Loc system I ordered was a great price and very easy to lay; extremely durable and easy to keep clean. I’ve recommend Luxury Flooring to my family & friends and will definitely use them again.
