Despite the flooring being out of stock at time of order, I was able to back order and was kept up to date throughout the whole process. Flooring was delivered within 2 days of it being back in stock - fantastic customer service! As a bonus they’re also the cheapest retailer for Quickstep I could find. Would use luxuryflooringandfurnashing.co.uk again and again, and even recommended to a family member who was equally impressed.
