My initial problems with this company have be resolved amicably.
I had a phone call from Harry(Tech Dept), he explained the cause of the problem and sorted it out within 10 minutes. so that was a good result.
Buying a floor online can be a nightmare, where ever you buy it from, my advise is: send for an upto date sample, that way you know exactly what you're buying. 5 stars.
