I had a damaged pack of flooring delivered and sent over some photos then phoned Luxury flooring to report it, Leah answered the phone and said she had just seen my email and was dealing with this and has arranged for a replacement pack to be sent out straight away,
As it if a Friday of a bank holiday weekend she apologized that I wouldn't get my delivery until Tuesday and wished me a good weekend, Very polite and very helpful, i will definitely recommend Luxury flooring to others with a very prompt aftersales service.
