Floor I received did excel my expectations and looks as If it will stand the test of time although only time will tell. Solid oak, good quality at a fair price, customer satisfaction, Helpful staff who are very easy to communicate with by phone and are polite which is more that can be said for many and they helped me also with what Id need to lay it like underlay an glue etc, Overall happy customer.
