Ordered vinyl floor from them and arrived over the week later. I understand it's not easy right now to stick with promised delivery date but communication is a must!!! I had to phone them twice to get some info of our delivery and the drive phone just half an hour before he dropped it. No tracking number either. Hence the 4 stars, otherwise floor arrived undamaged and it's lovely.
