I find it hard to believe the reviews that mention poor customer service. I have had the best service from the time I ordered my samples which arrived in a two days. I ordered 30 boxes of flooring which also arrived promptly. The floor I chose is solid wood and looks fantastic. I had problems with a couple of planks which were slightly uneven ( my fitter told me this happens with all companies). I emailed the company and received a response immediately. Within a couple of days I had received replacement planks so the fitter was still able to complete the job on schedule. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
