I had been hunting for weeks to match a solid oak floor of a certain width and finish to no avail. Then i came across “Luxury flooring”. I gave them a call and gave them the specification of what i needed And the gentleman said “ i will go and check and give you a call back”. Now ive heard all this before from other companies and its as if they cannot be bothered and dont get back in touch. Well, 15 mins after he said he will call me back he calls. He said “Yep We have this in stock” wow i said great.
