They always have great customer service and super responsive. I have 4 other sets depending if I want to go lighter or darker and play up my highlights or low lights. Neutral Brown Balayage is such a beautiful shade and matches my hair absolutely perfectly. I have very thin hair so I don’t use all of the clips which makes me feel like I get 2 sets in 1.
