“I ordered the jet black 20” hair thinning wefts and also the 20” scalp fill ins. I’m very pleased with the time it took for these products to be shipped and delivered. I’m also happy with the quality of hair. It’s very soft, however I am not happy with the hair thinning wefts due to the plastic like seam that the clips are attached to. The tester did not fit snuggly against my scalp, therefore created a gap between the two clips. I will be sending these extensions back because of this. I am not happy that I will not be receiving a full refund but only a store credit, so given my experience overall I’m giving this 3 stars.”

“I have VERY fine, thin hair and have been wearing another seamless extension brand for years. I needed to replace my set, but the brand no longer had my color. I found Luxy and saw how they claim to be the BEST for fine hair and seamless blending so I ordered. My set came, I checked the test strand for color, great, then opened my set. They are NOT seamless. The seam is about 3x the thickness of the ones I had been wearing. When I clip the Luxy extensions in (just one weft row, mind you) I have a ridge in my hair. This might be fine for people with loads of hair to cover the seam, but the claim is these are for FINE thin hair. So disappointed. I put them in a drawer and never wear them and am continuing to wear my old set. Waste of money. Still looking for a brand that makes them as thin as my originals.”

“Color has little to no balayage in it looks like a solid dark brown ponytail. The package I received was already open and the color swatch was under the plastic so I can’t return it. Overall very disappointed and won’t be buying from this company again.”

“I’m so happy I found Luxy Hair! ❤️I’m extremely picky when it comes to my hair and extensions, and I’ve tried several brands from Amazon and other companies that looked great online but ended up being completely different once they arrived. Luxy was recommended to me by my hairstylist because she knows I’ve worn extensions for years. Since moving to the U.S., I had been struggling to find a company with the quality I was used to, so I was really excited to try these. They arrived on time in beautiful packaging, and I absolutely loved that they include a sample piece on the outside so you can check the color and texture before opening the full set in case you need to return them. I also received help from their team after sending in a few photos, and they recommended the perfect shade for me. The color matched my hair beautifully. The hair feels very soft and natural, not artificial or overly shiny. It styles really well too — I can straighten it, blow-dry it, and it still feels like great-quality hair. I’m honestly very impressed and will definitely continue purchasing from Luxy. Thank you so much!”

“As soon as I clicked order I realized that I had not included the swatch I wanted. I tried to cancel the order to redorder with this item to save shipping but found that you cannot cancel an order even 1 minute after hitting submit. No place did I see that noted, just the return policy. I email info and got AI answers that you are not customer friendly, e.g. you cannot immediately cancel after clicking, or add on immediately to an order. To pay $15 for a $5 item is ridiculous.”

“Shipping was a nightmare... but not Luxy fault... FedEx is just incompetent at doing a good job. Finally drove to the facility to pick it up myself, got it home and the wife is absolutely in love with this hair, amazing quality!!! Will probably order more if I can have a different shipper option.”
