“The hair is beautiful but the box arrived already have been open. The seal had been carefully cut and the stickers lightly removed so unfortunately if I did want to return I couldn’t. I’ve bought this hair several times before so I kept it!”

“I love my Luxy halo and have bought many - but I left off a star for the adjustable band. It’s not simple to do and I liked it better when they sent multi sizes. For the price we should get a do it yourself project,”

“The hair quality is great however you are out of stock on multiple items so once you find a match you love the next time you try to order it isn’t available. For example I previously bought a halo that was 16 in but now that is no longer available and the only option you had was 12 in.”

“I have been using Luxy hair for years, love the products. I get the seamless and they are pretty comfortable. The past few sets i've gotten, at least one clip breaks. Besides that, great quailty!!”

“Ordered these in 20 inch length. The hair is in excellent conditon and is super soft. The only issue I have is their version of 20 inches is much different from mine. Theirs was a very "weak" 20 inches. Had to return to get a longer length.”

“This is the second time I’ve purchased the same product. The hair is so soft and the clips are well secured. The only reason why I had to purchase a send set was because I accidentally washed them in the washing machine. Ugh. What a mess. There was no saving them. Needless to say my second set seemed slightly thinner than my first set so for the money I paid I expect the same amount of hair as I take very good care of them and plan to have them for a long time like my first set. The photo is of me with clips in my hair. My Mom is on the right.”

“I ordered from Luxy after an email consultation with one of their experts. I received their recommendations and they quoted the price as $120. A few weeks later I went to order them and the price was $160. I ordered them because I needed them and I am happy with the extensions. They seem high quality and the color match is very good. I just wish the price difference from the quote wasn’t different.”

“The hair is amazing and great quality. But would not reccomended dying it on your own. Would love if they would release a pastel pink color! The extensions are amazing for a more glamorous and feminine look. I love my mermaid-y locks!”

“I love the Lucy extensions just recently went dark for the first time and they match perfect as always especially after washing them for the first time that is the true colour they will fade to over time.”

“I keep ordering about every 4-6 months because the hair looks and feels real initially. Unfortunately it becomes extremely dry and frizzy. Like Barbie hair.”

The lifespan of Luxies can range anywhere between 3-6 months to a year or longer, depending on the general care they receive and how often they are worn. Remember, the more you wash and heat style your extensions, the shorter their lifespan will be, so try to keep washing and using products on your extensions to a minimum. “Fast delivery and good quality product. However, the clip-in ponytail doesn't work for me, because it pulls too much on my scalp when I wear it. This it probably due to the fact that my hair is quite thin, so I don't have enough hair to support the weight of the ponytail. It might be good to mention on the website that this is something to keep in mind. Due to the no-return policy, I unfortunately won't be able to use the ponytail, so sadly this was a waste of money for me.”

“Ordered colour that didn't match. Had to return and request a refund. Helpful customer service. In hope that re-ordering a new colour recommended by customer service team would make a difference.”

“I’ve been ordering Luxys for about 12 years, I always love when my new ones arrive ❤️❤️❤️ the only reason I gave 4 stars this time is because they weren’t as soft as all the others I have bought 🥺 They are still beautiful and I will always stay loyal to them. I just actually had to brush them out right out of the pretty pink box and I’ve never had to do that before.”
