I’ve been following Luxy for a long time, and when I saw their new scalp and thinning fill-ins made with real human hair at an affordable price, I decided to give them a try -- and I’m so glad I did! The customer service was fantastic, and the samples they sent helped me find the perfect color.

The price was more reasonable and quality is outstanding! The dimensional brown that I chose I could not truly find on any other brand - what a great option for those of us easing out of blonde era and embracing our natural brown.

Been buying from Luxy since 2017. I've looked other places but never have found anything else with great quality to price ratio like Luxy. Always have been a fan of these Extentions.

I found the 40 grams to be so little to add thickness I have bought alot of hair over the yrs and found this hair thin. Luxy is not concerned with hygiene as much as loosing money on refunds. They make it impossible to look at hair as if seal is broken they won't take back. More rules than kindergarten. I will use hair I got as blend in or add to pony. This whole Luxy socks. Will go with co that will take returns. For real!

10 days since I ordered. No product in sight, tracking number is useless, it shows it is languishing at a place miles from here, and customer service apologizes, but they won’t be there until 6 am tomorrow. Looks like I am out $60 dollars…..my fault for falling for an Instagram post. If I could rate this a ZERO, abysmal, I would do so. The mechanism for refund or replacement is impossible to navigate! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
