The hair itself is great but what’s the point if u can’t even wear it? Reached out to customer service and of course all they could do was a $20 refund.

And I feel like I have been ripped off! Your extensions SUCK! I want a full refund and if you refuse the refund, I will tell not only my friends about your crappy extensions, but I will be posting online as well.

10 days since I ordered. No product in sight, tracking number is useless, it shows it is languishing at a place miles from here, and customer service apologizes, but they won’t be there until 6 am tomorrow. Looks like I am out $60 dollars…..my fault for falling for an Instagram post. If I could rate this a ZERO, abysmal, I would do so. The mechanism for refund or replacement is impossible to navigate! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
