“I bought 24 inch clip in’s in September. I don’t wear them everyday, I oil and use high quality serums after every use. I curl them on low heat. It’s now December and I’ve maybe worn them 10x and they are completely damaged, and dry. I tried washing them and let them air dry, it made them worse. I spent over $500 on this hair and have had better experience buying $200 extensions off amazon. I would save your money and go elsewhere.”

“These are one of the worst made extensions I’ve ever used. After being a longtime Bellami hair extension customer, I decided to try something new per my hairstylists recommendation. Big mistake. Before I even wore these for the first time one clip had already detached on one side from the tiny thread it was held on with. After about my 10th wear, another clip hanging off. Meaning either re thread it which is extremely difficult, or don’t wear them at all. For $300+ hair extensions this is absolutely unreal. The hair itself is great but what’s the point if u can’t even wear it? Reached out to customer service and of course all they could do was a $20 refund. I don’t mind spending my money as long as it’s good stuff but these are cheaply made. Do not recommend.”

“The hair doesn't look and feel like remi human hair, looks less real than other brands. There's lots of loose hair, every time I brush, style or just use my fingers theough it. The scalp fill ins have different density of hair, one feels more "filled and homogenous" than the other. The package has a tricky sticker, you can only take out a small piece to match the color, but after you open the full container you notice the poor quality and loosen hair since the first brush. And you can't return if the package was completely opened.”

“I paid 50$ for overnight shipping and it was delivered 6 days later. Love the extensions but not the extra 50$ for the shipping that did not happen. I had 2 events I bought the extensions for and they did not arrive in time for the event.”

“I ordered the halo and it was unusable. I have thin hair and a small head and it poked out the sides. I tried to return or exchange and was told to “sell it to a friend”. Unacceptable service for someone who has been a loyal customer for about a decade and for an item this expensive. I will no longer be purchasing luxy extensions”

“If your head is small and your hair fine and thin STAY AWAY from this topper. The back of the topper looks like a shelf on the back of your head. The clips dig into your scalp and tear out your already thinning hair and can't stabilize the topper. This is parted in the middle and unless you are an ageing hippy that just can't let go with the parted hair look you will hate the style that you are stuck with. The extensions are abnormally shiny and will not blend in with real graying hair. In short, I feel completely ripped off.”

“I’m not happy with the hair. It’s really a lot shorter than what advertised and the photos so I felt personally that that was somewhat misleading. Also my expectation that the hair would be thicker per weft and it’s just as thin as any hair that I would buy on Amazon unfortunately… so overall now I’m not happy with this particular hair that I purchased.”

“If I could give this hair zero stars I would. For the price tag, I expect high quality - I’ve tried TONS of extension brands, have had every kind of extension. These are not worth your money. I think I’ve worn them three times and they are dry, tangled and not manageable at all. It feels like 100% synthetic hair. I recommend saving your money and go buy from another brand. Now I’m out $500+ and don’t even have clip ins I can wear. I’ve only had them for three weeks max. Do not buy!”

“I was sent the wrong color topper initially. After much back and forth I was sent return label. I have just received exchanged hair topper. The box has been destroyed and it's the wrong color (chesnut brown vs. Ash brown) again. It's unfortunate because I have had good experience with Luxy for prior orders.”

“Been shopping Luxy hair for over 6 yrs now and I’ve always loved your products and quality. I’ve noticed through the years the product is not as high quality and corners are being taken - for example I received my new order today and there were only 2 strings for my halo… both sized extra large? I’m not sure what I’m supposed to with an extra large? Only because I have purchased many times before I had a back up of past order strings but this is the kind of lack of attention, cutting corners I’ve noticed over the years.”

“Used to love these extensions. 260g of Hair was a steal as a thick haired girl. Ordered from this company at least 6 times since 2020, even used them for my wedding. The “voluminizing” set is no longer a thing so I ordered the thick hair setting, and the ends are so stringy. I wish I could return them but I’ve trusted this company so much that I opened my packages without a second thought. I’ve been a loyal customer and am unhappy with the quality this time around. 10/10 would not recommend.”

“I have bought Luxy extensions for over 6 years but this ponytail would not stay on my hair even after Bobby pins, and barrettes to help secure it! It has been super disappointing because these ponytails are quite expensive to not be able to wear without fear of it sliding off makes it a complete waste for me. I’ve had these ponytails before and this is the worst one yet! All the Luxy clip in extensions are great, but the ponytails seem to be way more secure if the netting wasn’t so wide and thick for a 16 inch ponytail! May possibly be better if it were made with a claw clip instead.”

“I purchased the 12" Dimensional Natural Blonde Thinning Hair Fill-Ins; the color is an outstanding match to my own and the hair quality is okay. I was so excited to try these because my natural hair is really thin and fine and I thought I'd finally found some extensions where the weft wouldn't show. Unfortunately, that's not the case with these, which still show. Highly disappointed.”
