These are soft and the blonde is a pretty color, but it is so different than my previous company. It isn't quite as full and you don't have much choice of the length on the toppers. I miss my 16" length, the 14" just doesn't really work to have enough to get it cut and styled. Nice, but not what I'm used to.

The extensions themselves are beautiful and the hair quality is great. Unfortunately, the color didn’t match my hair at all and looked very different from the photos online. I had sent my pictures beforehand and ordered the shade recommended to me, so I was a bit disappointed that the match was still off. I really wish the color had worked because the extensions themselves are very nice.

I used to buy from Zala hair! I only bought on this website because zala referred it! I bought the 24 inches and 240g, I feel the quality is not as good as zala. I have thick hair so I know I need more grams I used to buy 220g from zala and it was more than enough. The 240g seem like less hair. I will probably never buy again from this website.

Coloring has gone very wrong in the last year I bought 3 colors that a stylist suggested and one was copper not ash and wasn't even close to another set I have and 2 were the exact same color to different shades were ordered. Have had very good luck for years but last year colors have went all over the place. I understand tones and color can vary but not to this extent.

The color and quality of the halo is fantastic but the clips are so unnecessary and painful. I don't understand the point of them in a halo.

For the price of these extensions I am disappointed. I can tell there’s a lot of synthetic hair. I’ll come back after a couple wears to update.

I’ve always purchased the Classic extensions, which have worked great for me, but I wanted to try the Seamless version. I love the concept, and the hair texture itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, I ran into an issue with the way the extensions lay as you move toward the middle and top of the head. The 3 and 4 clip wefts tend to cup and do not lay flat. My hair is fine but not thin, so this was frustrating, especially since this issue isn’t noticeable in the sample shown in the “try before you open” section. Otherwise I would have exchanged these..Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend the Seamless extensions and would suggest sticking with the Classic ones, which lay flat and have always worked well for me.

First time I ordered Luxy hair extensions I loved them. I went a little blonder so I ordered a new halo. The sample piece matched perfectly! But once i opened the box I realized the ends were way too ashy for my hair. Unfortunately I can’t return now. I’ve tried everything with toning them and nothing has worked. :(

The latest ponytail extensions I bought does not work properly and it’s supposed to be only one clip as shown in their YouTube video but instead I received one with 3 clips hence it doesn’t wrap my own ponytail and gives a very uneven look and quite a challenge and cost me so much time to cover the 3 clips area. Unsure if I would want to use it again. Waste of money truly.

I’ve had sew in extensions for 3 years and decided to give my hair a break by using a Luxy Halo. The color was darker and much more ashy than shown in the photo but my stylist toned my hair to match. Personally, it’s way too thick and heavy for me. I need about half this much hair.

I recently purchased a halo hair extension from Luxy Hair, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The quality is shockingly poor—so thin that it doesn’t even cover my super fine hair, which defeats the entire purpose of using extensions in the first place. (I’ve worn extensions for 10+ years by the way). The color match is very good though.

I love the hair but the "adjustable" halo band is really cheap compared to the hair and quality I have experienced with other products. It is basically a thick track with fishing line attached that slides way too easily to secure it.

I found the 40 grams to be so little to add thickness I have bought alot of hair over the yrs and found this hair thin. Luxy is not concerned with hygiene as much as loosing money on refunds. They make it impossible to look at hair as if seal is broken they won't take back. More rules than kindergarten. I will use hair I got as blend in or add to pony. This whole Luxy socks. Will go with co that will take returns. For real!

We accidentally ordered the same item 2 times. Upon realizing this we messaged the agent through the website about the situation. It was FIFTEEN MINUTES after the second order. We requested the second oder be cancelled. They said they could not do that which makes no sense at all. We run a drop ship business and there is ALWAYS time to stop orders, especially 5-15 minutes after being placed. Now extra time will be wasted by us AND YOU dealing with a return that could have easily been avoided. Took what should/could have been an exceptional purchase experience to average at best. Again, once we realized the double order had been accidentally placed we spoke to a LUXY rep online in the chat box 15 minutes after placing the second order. We were told they could not stop and refund the second order. Now we wil have to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a refund and then go send it back and then wait. TOTALLY AVOIDABLE.

Well, I ordered some bangs but they did not have the color that I normally get from you guys (that are my extensions )so it was the wrong color and now I guess I’ll have to dye with my hairdresser. I don’t really like the looks of the bangs anyway

I got two sets. The first set I got was chestnut brown with highlights and the color is very chunky and doesn’t look like the picture so I was super disappointed in that. But I did purchase a black also in those are fine.
