“Fast delivery and good quality product. However, the clip-in ponytail doesn't work for me, because it pulls too much on my scalp when I wear it. This it probably due to the fact that my hair is quite thin, so I don't have enough hair to support the weight of the ponytail. It might be good to mention on the website that this is something to keep in mind. Due to the no-return policy, I unfortunately won't be able to use the ponytail, so sadly this was a waste of money for me.”

“Ordered colour that didn't match. Had to return and request a refund. Helpful customer service. In hope that re-ordering a new colour recommended by customer service team would make a difference.”

“I’ve been ordering Luxys for about 12 years, I always love when my new ones arrive ❤️❤️❤️ the only reason I gave 4 stars this time is because they weren’t as soft as all the others I have bought 🥺 They are still beautiful and I will always stay loyal to them. I just actually had to brush them out right out of the pretty pink box and I’ve never had to do that before.”

“I purchased the thin hair scalp clip ins. Unfortunately my hair on top is still too thin to conceal the clip. I also purchased a halo but again my hair is too thin on top to cover the wire. Luxy has great customer service and it’s easy to return items. However I wish the halo had an option to try it on and then return if it doesn’t work. I spent a lot of money on mine and I can’t return it because I broke the seal on the box in order to take it out and try it. So far Luxy is the only company that has a hair color that matches mine. I’m waiting for their topper to come out in my color.”

“Love the light gray scalp fill-ins. Excellent hair quality, perfect color match, and easy to hide in my hair. Because of the way they are constructed, they are undetectable. And I love the added volume they give. But please use clips with the silicone protective strip underneath the clip going forward, to prevent hair breakage. An 18-inch length would also be great for these and also for the classic clip-ins. Thank you.”
