“I ordered the halo and it was unusable. I have thin hair and a small head and it poked out the sides. I tried to return or exchange and was told to “sell it to a friend”. Unacceptable service for someone who has been a loyal customer for about a decade and for an item this expensive. I will no longer be purchasing luxy extensions”

“If your head is small and your hair fine and thin STAY AWAY from this topper. The back of the topper looks like a shelf on the back of your head. The clips dig into your scalp and tear out your already thinning hair and can't stabilize the topper. This is parted in the middle and unless you are an ageing hippy that just can't let go with the parted hair look you will hate the style that you are stuck with. The extensions are abnormally shiny and will not blend in with real graying hair. In short, I feel completely ripped off.”

“absolutely love Luxy Hair! I own multiple sets—including clip-ins, a halo and their curtain bangs—and each one has been incredible in quality, thickness, and blend. The hair is soft, styles beautifully, and holds up so well over time. I also use several of Luxy’s products, which have helped keep everything smooth and healthy. My stylist (and hair BFF!) Haven was a huge help in color matching and showing me how to style them seamlessly—shoutout to her for making me obsessed with every Luxy set I own! Highly recommend to anyone wanting gorgeous, reliable extensions that truly elevate your look.”

“The quality of these extensions are fantastic. The colour is perfect, which was a very basic shade of brown which was what i wanted. I purchased the the fill ins/thinning hair extensions and this is a really great product as i didnt want to purchase a full head of extensions. Many thanks, Claire”

“I’m not happy with the hair. It’s really a lot shorter than what advertised and the photos so I felt personally that that was somewhat misleading. Also my expectation that the hair would be thicker per weft and it’s just as thin as any hair that I would buy on Amazon unfortunately… so overall now I’m not happy with this particular hair that I purchased.”

“I love my Luxies! I get compliments on my hair all the time, and people are always so surprised when I tell them I’m wearing Luxy Hair extensions, they can’t believe they’re extensions! They blend seamlessly with my natural hair and make it look so full and healthy. The quality is amazing, and they’re so easy to use. I only use a couple of wefts at a time, so a full set lasts a long time. I’ll definitely keep coming back for more!”

“I've been dealing with gradual hair loss for years and have tried several brands in search of natural-looking coverage. Most toppers had way too much hair and looked obviously fake, especially the synthetic ones I could afford. I’ve been following Luxy for a long time, and when I saw their new scalp and thinning fill-ins made with real human hair at an affordable price, I decided to give them a try -- and I’m so glad I did! The customer service was fantastic, and the samples they sent helped me find the perfect color. The fill-ins are lightweight, blend seamlessly, and provide just the right amount of coverage - enough to hide thinning areas without looking bulky. I wear them all the time and get so many compliments. These are the first extensions that actually work for me, so I’m sticking with Luxy for good!”
