“I love my extensions. Before committing, I ordered colir swatches and was able to find an exact match. I was shocked and happily surprised! They are great quality and easy to apply. They are light weight and do not pull on my natural hair. For that I grateful, as I lost 65% of my hair in 2021 from covid and have been unsuccessful at achieving growth since. I feel like myself again!!!”

“I have very thin, fine hair and love these extensions for both volume and occasionally adding length. Getting the placement right and styling them in the best way for my hair type takes some practice. My natural hair is kind of ashy brown (with a few silver stands here and there) and the ash brown balayage blends beautifully in the 16" but less well with the 12" because it doesn't transition as well. I wear medium natural brown in 12" when I just want to add volume and that seems to work too!”

“This is the second time I’ve purchased the same product. The hair is so soft and the clips are well secured. The only reason why I had to purchase a send set was because I accidentally washed them in the washing machine. Ugh. What a mess. There was no saving them. Needless to say my second set seemed slightly thinner than my first set so for the money I paid I expect the same amount of hair as I take very good care of them and plan to have them for a long time like my first set. The photo is of me with clips in my hair. My Mom is on the right.”

“I love my Luxy hair extensions! My hair is thinning and the 12" seamless wefts give me just what I wanted. I also bought the 16" for added length they are beautiful. I haven't used them yet but I'm looking forward to making some heads turn.”

“I ordered from Luxy after an email consultation with one of their experts. I received their recommendations and they quoted the price as $120. A few weeks later I went to order them and the price was $160. I ordered them because I needed them and I am happy with the extensions. They seem high quality and the color match is very good. I just wish the price difference from the quote wasn’t different.”

“I’m so impressed!! I wasn’t sure what colors would blend with my hair, so I purchased a few different clip in options. From seamless 16 inch clip ins to fill ins. Luxy made it so easy to return online without having to call anyone! I returned some and even exchanged and it was Super Easy. The quality of the hair is fabulous and I get lots of compliments! “Since I’ve stopped dying my hair and embraced my natural gray, one thing that has been hard to find is hair extensions to match. After searching ALOT of places, ordering samples from various places and even dying samples I finally found my match. I order the two gray samples and when they arrived this morning I was so happy to see that the dark gray was a perfect match!!! So much so I’ve just placed my first order for a full set of clip ins!!”

“Beautiful and soft like all extensions when you first get them. I have been using extensions for several years and many different brands. This is by the most expensive and most disappointing purchase I’ve had to review on. Stays soft but tangles easily and gets that matted feel when the newness sleekness disappears before you’re ready to even wash them.”

“Used to love these extensions. 260g of Hair was a steal as a thick haired girl. Ordered from this company at least 6 times since 2020, even used them for my wedding. The “voluminizing” set is no longer a thing so I ordered the thick hair setting, and the ends are so stringy. I wish I could return them but I’ve trusted this company so much that I opened my packages without a second thought. I’ve been a loyal customer and am unhappy with the quality this time around. 10/10 would not recommend.”

“I first purchased luxy extensions in 2012 and absolutely loved them, the colour and texture blended really well with my natural hair and they have lasted fairly well until now, when I decided to order a new set and thought I would try the halo option for ease. Unfortunately the texture, thickness and general feel of the extensions are not the same and remind me of Barbie doll hair. They look very fake when affixed (bulky) and seem unnaturally shiny and don’t blend the same either. There is also no way of realising this until the box is open; as the swab is a very small piece and can only really be used as a colour guide. I won’t be buying again and probably won’t be wearing the extensions either. A lot of money wasted and really disappointed.”

“I have bought Luxy extensions for over 6 years but this ponytail would not stay on my hair even after Bobby pins, and barrettes to help secure it! It has been super disappointing because these ponytails are quite expensive to not be able to wear without fear of it sliding off makes it a complete waste for me. I’ve had these ponytails before and this is the worst one yet! All the Luxy clip in extensions are great, but the ponytails seem to be way more secure if the netting wasn’t so wide and thick for a 16 inch ponytail! May possibly be better if it were made with a claw clip instead.”

“I recently purchased a halo hair extension from Luxy Hair, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The quality is shockingly poor—so thin that it doesn’t even cover my super fine hair, which defeats the entire purpose of using extensions in the first place. (I’ve worn extensions for 10+ years by the way). The color match is very good though.”
