I was sent the wrong color topper initially. After much back and forth I was sent return label. I have just received exchanged hair topper. The box has been destroyed and it's the wrong color (chesnut brown vs. Ash brown) again. It's unfortunate because I have had good experience with Luxy for prior orders.
