This review is for Kathy who helped me back in April after I needed to exchange my extensions before my wedding! I was absolutely scrambling after discovering the color was too dark for my blonde hair, but we were leaving in a week. Kathy was very understanding of the situation and helped me expedite the correct color. The weeks leading up to your wedding anre already stressful, so I truly appreciate the extra patience, kindness, and going above and beyond for me. The new extensions were perfect for me with incredible quality and blended into my color so well. The hair stylist was so happy to see I got my extensions from Luxy too being one of her favorite brands!
