1 star is too much . Had flights cancelled in Feb , they say they will refund in 16-18 weeks which is total rubbish Stiil waiting for my money, Even though i had also booked the exact same Ba flight for my son though British airways this was refunded within 24 hours of being cancelled. Worst travel company i have ever dealt with. They should not even be trading and investigated by a travel industry governing body.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
