I called the LycaFly customer care regarding my flight reservation, i done a mistake of putting title wrong, instead of "Miss" i put "Mr",it was for my sister, just to change that small detail they charge me £100. I realize this just after 10 minutes of booking and they told me that it is chargeable,I have evidence of this. This is so unacceptable, thought there was no other availability i had to pay them for this.
