Absoultely horrible company.
My flight got cancelled and they still charged me 30 pounds cancellation fee and the guy said that they have to run their business. His name was Kuldeep Singh, such a stupid argument. You are chargjng me service fee for a cancelled flight.
Avoid these cow boys and scammers.
They got poor customer service abroad and the guys are not trained to do their job.
