Initially I was quite happy however due to having an elderly father and partner both with underlying health issues therefore with the Coronavirus it is not advisable for either of them to fly. Having saved for long time to take my dad back to the country he was born to see his elderly sisters before he dies we have decided not to cancel but to postpone until October. I contacted Lycafly who arranged flights for October which cost me £1033 extra plus another £150 for taxes. I paid, agreed the flights, got a receipt for both the payments then 2 hours later I was contacted by Lycafly again to say I cannot go in October and have to go in August which is going to cost me another £800. I have put an official complaint in last Thursday 5th March which has not even been acknowledged so a sent it again early this week - still nothing. Yesterday I had an e-mail from the sales person stating the booking for April is still there and I can only go in August "which is more expensive" Absolutely disgusted. My families health is at risk and this may be the last time my father gets to see his family. I have paid for October tickets and not getting them. Disgusting.
